It also doesn't help that "hurricane" Irene caused a total loss of all power where we live in CT. 3 very large trees fell down around us and we still don't have power or water!! This is day 5 without them!! It's killing me. So, we've been in a hotel since Monday night and I'm ready to go home!
This is also my last week before school starts. I cannot believe next Tuesday will be my last first day of school!! I'm so excited though. I have our senior campout and retreat to look forward to! I'm also going to decorate my car with all of my friends to show off that we're seniors. We're just trying to have as much fun as we can before the next 3 months of nonstop studying!!
Besides studying, I have to finish my college application essay, apply to college, and then run the 4 clubs I'm the head of this year. The best part is that my best friend and I are starting a Baking Club at our school!! We're raising money for charity (St. Jude's) through bakesales!! I'm so excited!!!!
I'm going to take a ton of pictures during my senior year so get ready for lots of posts!!! I hope everyone has a great day, and for those who live in Connecticut, I hope y'all get power soon!!
