Hey y'all!! I hope everyone is having a great holiday weekend before summer ends and life starts up again. School starts tomorrow and I am actually ready to get back! Unfortunately, I feel completely unprepared because I have not organized any of my school supplies! Everything is just lying around on my floor because I've been super busy (we moved!) and disorganized.
I finally picked out what I'm going to wear on my first day back today! My best friend came over and she made me try things on and we succeeded in picking me out a good back-to-school outfit. My school's dress code changed this year (which is good and bad at the same time) so I get to take advantage of the "no-collar" rule that starts tomorrow! But, the bad part of the new dress code is that girls have to wear their plaid skirts to their knees!! All of my school skirts are hemmed and hopefully the teachers won't make me make my skirt longer.
The senior girls are also going to decorate all of our cars together sometime this week which will be fun!! My friends and I already have some funny things planned to put on our cars. Then, on Thursday morning we leave for a "senior retreat" for 2 days. It's basically a team bonding camping trip where we "set our goals" for the entire year. It doesn't seem to be too bad!!
